To request the Exchange or return of products, the client must contact Studio Immagine by e-mail or phone.
Reasons and deadlines for exchange or return:
– whitdrawal/regret: the period is up to 7 (seven) days from the receipt of the product (according to Art. 49 Consumer Protection Code). – technical ou manufacturing defect: the period is up to 7 (seven) days from the receipt of the product (according to Art. 18 and Art. 26 Consumer Protection Code). – Breakdown (damage): in this case, refuse the product upon delivery or request exchange or return up to 24 hours from the teceipt of the product. – Product not in accordance with the order placed: refuse the product upon delivery or request exchange or return up to 7 days from the receipt of the product (according to Art. 49 Consumer Protection Code).
The product only be exchanged or returned if it is in the following conditions: – accompanied by the original invoice; – in the original packaging; – no signs of damage from use; – accompanied by all accessories. Observations: – the maximum period for returning the amounts paid is 30 (thirty) days after the return request. – we do not exchange products on sale.
REFUND FORMS
– Exchange coupon: you can choose for na exchange coupon, which allows you to use the refunded amount to make new purchages in Studio Immagine store. – Reversal in card: exclusive for orders paid by credit card. The reversal period will follow the rules of the card company and may take from one to two invoices, depending on the due date of your invoice.
