Shipping is calculated based on the weght and size of the box in which the products are packed, and the distance between the delivery address and our distribuition center. Shipping is paid by the customer, who will hire a shipping company.
DELIVERY
After the order’s aprroval, our shippment has a period of 3 working days to Effect the departure of the products.
The deadline for releasing the purchase at Studio Immagine is up to 24 hours for purchasespaid by credit card and paypal, after order finalization.
Exceptionally, a date can be scheduled. Studio Immagine is nor responsible for delays in deliveries, after leaving our warehouse. The order’s journey is made througha shipping company.
RECEIPT
Upon receipt, check the packaging and make sure that are no traces of violation. If there is, do not receive the order and contact us informing what hapenned, so that we can verify.
We remind you that our packages are identified and sealed to maintain the integrity of our products. Make sure you have received all the products listed on your invoice.
